Jita 9 — Terms and Conditions

To open an account and participate in any gaming activity on Jita 9, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least Minimum age of 18 must be.
• You must be a valid citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid government-issued ID (NID or passport).
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• If your account has been previously banned from Jita 9, you are not permitted to open a new account.

Single Account Policy

Each person may only hold one account on Jita 9. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Anyone found operating more than one account will have all accounts terminated and all balances forfeited.

Providing accurate information at registration

During registration, you must provide your correct name, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may cause withdrawal issues and could result in account suspension.

Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Jita 9 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

• Use a strong password (combining letters, numbers, and symbols)
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled
• Avoid logging in from public devices or public Wi-Fi
• Change your password regularly

KYC Verification

Prior to withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, Jita 9 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may involve submitting a photo of your national ID or passport along with a selfie. This is done to protect you and all other members.

Deposit

Deposits at Jita 9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited instantly. If a deposit doesn't go through, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirement is met
• Jita 9 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in the event of suspicious transactions

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place a certain amount in bets — this is known as the wagering requirement. It is typically 10–30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳20,000 in bets.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or sold
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being banned
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Jita 9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• Bonuses will be voided if unusual betting patterns are detected

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded

Prohibited Activities

If any of the following activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances will be forfeited:

• Placing bets based on match fixing or any illegal information
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Bonus abuse or gaining unfair advantages through multiple accounts
• Attempting to hack another user's account
• Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities on the platform

Grounds on which Jita 9 may terminate an account

• Operating multiple accounts
• Registering under a false identity
• Harassing other users or attempting to damage the platform

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining balance will be returned. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Jita 9 is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue
• For delays or issues caused by third-party payment services
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues
• If the account's security is compromised due to the user's own negligence
